God’s Heart Is For You
Hi Church,
Thanks to everyone who helped clean up our church yesterday!
The 떡볶이 (tteokbokki) & 오뎅 (odeng) was a satisfying reward.
It means so much to take good care of our church together.
A quick message to you: God loves you so much! Through all of our brokeness and sin, God loves each inch of you.
This is His heart!
In honor of His amazing love, we have so great events in the works to worship and glorify Him.
Check them out below!

📚 Book of the Month
The Book of the Month is "A Small Book About Why We Hide" by Ed Welch.
For those wanting to read something substantive but are having a hard time ... well finding the time, this is a devotional style book meant to be read throughout 50 days, making it a great daily read.
In this book, Ed Welch explores themes of insecurity, shame, regret, and failure to see how God speaks to us with gentleness, depth, and hope that leads us out of hiding and into an open and authentic life with Christ. Whether we are hiding because of our own failure and/or weakness or because of what has been done to us, there is freedom because of the finished work of Christ, and Ed Welch invites us to see how we can live the out.
"You feel alone, so you believe you are, but you aren't. The truth is that God is near... He comes near to you and is delighted when you draw near to Him... He knows his people by name, and he pursues the one person who has gotten lost. He speaks about his love for you nonstop, aware that you might not listen the first ten times he says it."
